  • Palo Alto & Fortinet Firewalls, IDS/IPS
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN & Network Troubleshooting
  • Windows Server & Linux Administration
  • Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch & Datadog
  • ServiceNow, Jira & ITIL Processes
  • PowerShell, Python or Bash Scripting
  • MFA, PKI, PAM/PIM & Vulnerability Management
  • Basic AWS/Azure knowledge is an advantage
