Job Summary

Support project managers by translating technical documents and coordinating construction site activities to ensure compliance and timely project delivery in a mechanical and electrical engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical and project-related documents to enable clear communication for project managers
• Coordinate and monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve project coordination and meet deadlines
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels to support project goals and resolve issues efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience as a Project Assistant in the construction or engineering industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills through effective stakeholder interactions
