Join our Cybersecurity team to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across on-premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, Claude AI, SailPoint Identity IQ, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk PAM, and application onboarding while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities• Manage Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes, user provisioning and de-provisioning.• Administer SailPoint Identity IQ, Microsoft Entra ID and CyberArk PAM.• Support application onboarding, RBAC, entitlement management and access governance.• Execute User Access Reviews (UAR), access recertification and SoD reviews.• Investigate IAM incidents, troubleshoot access issues and fulfil service requests.• Support internal/external audits and maintain IAM documentation.• Prepare governance reports and drive continuous process improvements. Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.• Minimum 5 years' experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance(IGA).• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.• Microsoft SC-300, SailPoint or CyberArk certifications are advantageous.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), userprovisioning, access governance, User Access Reviews (UAR), access recertification, RBAC andSegregation of Duties (SoD). Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra ID(Azure AD) and CyberArk PAM.
