Our client, a leading multinational electronics manufacturing company is currently looking for a Quality Engineer.
Location: Marsiling Road
Responsibilities:
- Manage product quality conformity for assigned projects to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control.
- Ensure quality documentation is available and maintained for all required quality activities.
- Lead non-conformance activities, including 8D Corrective Action Reports (CAR), Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR), Purge, Stop Ship, and Supplier Material Orders (SMO).
- Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) throughout the manufacturing process.
- Review and certify Device History Records (DHR) completeness and Certificates of Conformance (COC), where applicable.
- Monitor quality performance, analyse trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification activities.
- Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree, or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Quality.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems is an advantage.
- ISO Internal Auditor qualification is preferred.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.
