Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator leads project implementation with global customers, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful, timely delivery. This role requires strong communication and technical skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and improve project processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects to successful and timely completion by managing all deliverables and tasks
• Coordinate with PMO Regional Manager and PMO Director to secure necessary personnel and resources for project success
• Serve as primary contact to communicate project status, timeline changes, and updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and priorities clearly
• Address customer requests, issues, and questions promptly, ensuring quality and timely resolution
• Proactively identify and resolve project delays and conflicts, escalating to management when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align project activities and goals
• Apply lessons learned from previous implementation projects to improve current processes
• Report potential risks or detrimental customer decisions immediately to PMO leadership to mitigate impact
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring accuracy and proper filing
• Manage tight timelines effectively to support customer and project deliverables
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience leading IT project coordination or management for 10+ years
• Industry experience in aviation
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and apply Trax software products (Trax, EMRO, eMobility Suite, or related systems)
• Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management
• Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls
• Proficient in documentation management and use of project management tools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Aviation, or related discipline
• PMP certification or actively pursuing PMP certification
