Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project administration in accordance with project administration policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with technical department to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with third party subcontractors to ensure execution as per finalised technical specifications, budget and time schedule.
  • Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly.
  • Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A works.
  • Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications
