Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise architectural works for LTA projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards while collaborating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to deliver approved design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
• Ensure architectural works meet specified quality standards and comply with project specifications
• Supervise architectural works on-site and resolve technical issues by coordinating with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage timely submission and approval of drawings, materials, and mock-ups to meet project deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator on LTA projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-motivation and proactivity
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous work approach
