Warehouse & Operations Administrator | Part-Time 30 - 40 Hr per week | Up to S$2,200 per month



Part-Time Job Available (Students Welcome)

Blitzwerks Pte Ltd is a retail and distribution leader in ASEAN for Family Planning and Wellness products, dealing with multi-brand merchandise from established worldwide brands. We are looking for motivated individuals to join in our enthusiastic culture.

Work days: 3-4 days work week for Part-Time

Operating Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM

Dress Code : T-shirt, jeans , Sneakers

Qualification: Secondary School / O Level, Higher Secondary / Professional Certificate / NiTEC

Location: 4 mins walk from Boon Keng MRT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 12-16 SGD per Hour

Responsibilities:

* Packing of orders for B2B / Cartons & B2C / Small Parcels

* Stocks receiving with Inventory Management Systems (IMS)

* Pick and pack merchandise to fulfill customers’ orders (B2B & B2C) with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for cross platform channels

* Comfortable working with changes and adopt software tools

* Able to stand, squat, bend and carry merchandise

* To take up any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time in order to maintain staffing flexibility and efficiency

* Area cleaning at end of each day

Requirements:

* Good verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)

* Attention to details, positive attitude, meticulous and organized

* Able to work independently

* Able to work during campaign period or Holidays

* Able to use computer, access websites, basic data entry, print shipping/airway bills (Will be added advantage)

* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word (Preferred but not mandatory)
