Programme Executive

$22/hour | Approx. $4,004/month
3-month contract | Sep–Nov 2026
42 hours/week | Mon–Fri

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Meticulous, proactive and able to multitask
• Good analytical and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate programmes, activities, meetings and events
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Prepare reports and maintain records/documentation
• Assist with data tracking, analysis and reporting
• Support daily operations and ad hoc duties

Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm
Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
