Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time (5-Day Work Week)
Salary: SGD $3,100 - $3,500/month
About Us
Doctor Clean is a growing professional cleaning company providing residential and commercial cleaning services across Singapore. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing efforts and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets and improve ROI.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and A/B testing.
Improve website SEO and organic search rankings.
Optimise landing pages to increase conversions.
Monitor Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Prepare marketing performance reports and analyse campaign results.
Liaise with external marketing agencies and web developers.
Research competitors and recommend new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
1 to 2 years' experience in Digital or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Familiar with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Bonus Skills: Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, WordPress, Canva, Basic HTML/CSS, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
