Job Summary
The Factory Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all production activities in the textile manufacturing unit to ensure efficient operations, consistent product quality, and timely delivery. The role focuses on optimizing production processes, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily production schedules to achieve targeted output and maintain high-quality standards
- Lead and coordinate production staff to maximize manpower efficiency and optimize machinery utilization
- Analyze production performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that reduce waste and minimize downtime
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and operational procedures to maintain compliance and workplace safety
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to synchronize activities and ensure seamless production flow
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Textile Technology or a related textile discipline (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience in textile manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of textile production processes
