Job Summary
Perform mechanical and electrical installation relating to swimming pools and general building services, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory and supervise maintenance workers to support facility upkeep and service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation and maintenance to ensure system functionality and safety
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to support timely repairs and maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance workers to ensure effective task completion and adherence to safety standards
- Communicate clearly in English to report issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Class 3 driving license to operate company van as required
- Possess prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or air conditioning work to perform technical duties effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed Nitec or Polytechnic education as a foundation for technical skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an additional advantage for team collaboration and communication
Other Information
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Salary range: $2,500 to $3,500, subject to experience
