Job Description :

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot company network infrastructure.
• Manage secure connectivity between regional offices, clients, and cloud environments.
• Participate in documented standard processes and procedures of infrastructure management including change management, VPN access, project task delivery, failover procedures, disaster recovery plans, etc.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal network performance.
• Administer and maintain regional operator and network performance monitoring systems.
• Follow and support security strategies and best practices for safeguarding infrastructure resources.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incident response.
• Serve as escalation point for Tier2 Support issues requiring network expertise.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience support and maintaining network routing, switching, firewall and IPSec VPN connectivity
• Experience with network devices and security infrastructure, and familiarity with network and security protocols such as VLANs, NAT, SSL VPN, OSPF, and BGP, as well as network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to investigate software environments and technical issues.
• Ability to absorb large amounts of technical knowledge and apply it to troubleshooting and support tasks.
