Job Description:

• Assisting Contract Manager in pricing and taking off measurement works.
• Preparing Tender and contract documents.
• Monitoring related projects.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Site viewing and understanding.
• All other necessary admin works related to work scope.
• Requirements:
• Min. Diploma of relevant discipline or equivalent
• Min. 5 yrs experience in civil engineering industry
• Knowledge of Contracts Law and SOP
• Experience in contract drafting
• Experience in contract administration
