Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site to minimize delays and maintain project quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets to track progress and control costs.
• Monitor project progress regularly to ensure alignment with planned objectives and take corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
