岗位职责

  • Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations
  • Execution of general Contracts Administration duties
  • Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations
  • Prepare and monitor Project Budget
  • Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document
  • Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment
  • Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly
  • Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module
  • Able to write reports and Presentation
  • Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Good negotiation skills
