Job Description

• Support the recruitment process for staff-level positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangements and offer preparation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including pre-employment documentation, employment contracts, orientation and HR system setup.
• Assist with work pass applications and related matters, including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Support employee offboarding processes, including resignation documentation, clearance and exit procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and respond to employees' HR-related enquiries.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR letters and documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters and other HR correspondence.
• Assist in managing employee leave, attendance and other HR records.
• Liaise with employees and relevant departments to ensure smooth HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Support HR projects and perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees overseas
• Must have good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
