Job Summary

The Project Manager leads delivery teams to manage client commitments, oversee contract fulfillment, and ensure projects meet scope, timelines, service levels, and commercial targets in enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage client commitments to deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, service levels, and contractual obligations
• Lead project teams to achieve SLA performance, deliverables, documentation, governance reporting, and client commitments
• Oversee project resources, schedules, budgets, and commercial performance to maintain approved project margins
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and technology partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of project workstreams
• Drive end-to-end delivery across enterprise IT implementation, system integration, application support, DevOps, and managed services
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, risk registers, issue logs, dependencies, and escalation paths for disciplined execution
• Provide regular project status updates, management reports, and delivery forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early; recommend mitigation actions and escalate when necessary
• Lead internal teams, technical resources, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes
• Support team performance through clear task ownership, progress tracking, issue resolution, and practical guidance
• Collaborate with business, sales, finance, operations, and governance teams to align project execution with company objectives
• Foster effective communication, accountability, and collaboration across project teams and client stakeholders
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring responsiveness, service quality, timely issue resolution, and fulfillment of commitments
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support recurring or new business opportunities
• Assist business development and sales teams with client discussions, proposals, renewals, account planning, and delivery inputs
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, steering committees, project reviews, and operational discussions
• Support staff competency development through training, certification planning, knowledge sharing, and capability planning aligned with project needs
• Maintain delivery documentation, project artefacts, process records, and audit evidence per company standards and governance requirements
• Support ISO, internal audit, cybersecurity, and governance compliance relevant to project delivery and managed services
• Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, reporting, and operational processes to enhance project control and service quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager
• Proven track record managing project delivery for contracts exceeding SGD 3 million per year with positive returns
• Certificates in ITIL, PMP, or ITPMS

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with government agency contracts
• Knowledge and experience with enterprise delivery and system integrations
• Knowledge and experience with DevOps platforms
• Familiarity with cyber security knowledge and certifications
• Familiarity with IT partner ecosystem
