Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Data Collection Facility Operations
- Lead the full lifecycle management of data collection facilities, including site planning, equipment selection, scenario setup, team formation, commissioning and daily operations.
- Establish an end-to-end production workflow covering scheduling, data collection, quality assurance and delivery.
- Develop operating standards and productivity KPIs to manage data quality, production efficiency and operating costs.
- Collaborate with R&D, data pipeline, data collection platform and other internal teams to align requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Government Partnerships and Business Development
- Build and manage partnerships with government agencies, industrial parks, universities and research institutions.
- Identify and secure support relating to policies, premises, funding and other strategic resources.
- Lead the application, planning and implementation of industry bases, training centres and government–enterprise joint projects.
- Independently prepare feasibility studies, conduct commercial negotiations and manage agreements from drafting through execution.
- Work with business teams to support the implementation of embodied AI use cases and projects.
Process Development and Team Management
- Establish standardised processes for data collection operations and government partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, Compliance and scenario-development functions to establish effective cross-functional working mechanisms.
- Build and manage the assigned teams, including workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
- Develop performance evaluation and employee development frameworks to improve overall team effectiveness.
Business Performance and Compliance Management
- Prepare business budgets, manage operating costs and produce regular business performance reports to support management decisions.
- Oversee compliance across data collection production, data handling and government partnership activities.
- Identify, assess and manage operational, regulatory and commercial risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least five years of experience in integrated operations, government partnerships or project management, including at least three years of team management experience.
- Experience in embodied AI, AI data services or the robotics industry is preferred.
- Experience establishing a data collection facility or industry base from the ground up is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of government and enterprise projects, with the ability to independently manage project applications, commercial negotiations, resource coordination and implementation.
- Existing networks with local government agencies or industrial parks would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, process development, capacity planning and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to identify issues and improve business performance.
- Results-oriented, with strong cross-functional coordination, commercial communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving business environment.
