Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the company's worker dormitory, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Ensure compliance with FEDA, MOM, SCDF, BCA, and NEA regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, pest control, and security services.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room allocation, and occupancy records.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and government authorities on dormitory-related matters.
• Monitor CCTV systems, waste management, and other dormitory facilities.
• Address residents' feedback, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the dormitory is well-maintained and complies with company and regulatory standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing worker dormitories, residential facilities, or industrial properties.
• Familiar with FEDA regulations and dormitory operational requirements.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and dormitory operation
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in facility maintenance, contractor management, or CCTV systems will be an advantage.
