Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

Job Description

Lift parts certification

• To carry out parts certification work with contractor
• To witness contractor’s parts replacement works
• To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works
• Able to attend site inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with lift systems.
• Replace faulty parts and components as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement.
• Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Any other work that is assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Nitec in Engineering and above
• Prior 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Computer skills is required.
