Business Development Manager (SEA)

Designed for a sales specialist with 3+ years’ experience in digital media or adtech, this opportunity allows you to apply your understanding of the agency buying process and the programmatic supply chain to influence senior decision-makers, unlock new revenue streams and convert opportunity into measurable growth across diverse and fast-evolving markets. It’s suited to a strategic seller who leads with insight, builds trust quickly and wants to make a clear commercial impact — supported by cutting-edge AI and the backing of a global, fast-moving organisation

What you’ll focus on

• Own and grow strategic agency and advertiser partnerships, positioning PubMatic as a trusted programmatic and AI-driven partner across SEA.

• Engage senior decision-makers to unlock new revenue opportunities, sell innovative solutions and influence long-term commercial strategy.

• Drive platform spend and PMP revenue, consistently delivering against ambitious growth targets.

• Lead commercial conversations end-to-end, from pitching and deal execution to quarterly business reviews and growth planning.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and represent PubMatic at industry events, expanding your network and market influence.

We’d love you to have

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Ad Tech or digital media.

• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including buying models and commercial drivers.

• Experience selling programmatic solutions to agencies and/or direct advertisers.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior clients.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and interested in AI and emerging technologies.
