Job Description
- Partner with regional Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to uncover opportunities that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth.
- Analyze customer behavior, user journeys, and market trends to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop customer segmentation, cohort analyses, and behavioral insights to identify growth opportunities across different user groups and regional markets.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, translating findings into recommendations that optimize growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance tracking frameworks to monitor key growth metrics and business performance.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL, transforming complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, improve measurement frameworks, and support regional growth initiatives.
- Experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related analytical field.
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Good business and product acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
