About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang. If you have experience handling full sets of accounts and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts.
• Perform daily and monthly accounting processes.
• Prepare journal entries, update the cash book, and reconcile Goods in Transit (GIT), Accounts Payable (AP), and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Prepare and submit accounting reports accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage invoices, receipts, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
• Monitor and maintain petty cash records.
• Sort, file, and archive accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
• Liaise with external parties, including Company Secretaries, Tax Agents, Bankers, and Auditors, when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
