Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Recap, CTRM Trade Entry and Support
• Bunker Enquiry Tracking
• Manage long-term contracts,
• Daily Vessels Compliance Checks
• Customer Onboarding & KYC
• Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
• Send weekly market updates to clients
• All other trading related duties as assigned by the Company

Competencies and Skillsets Required:

• Meticulous, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education and Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Maritime, Supply Chain or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in trading related field would be advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues efficiently
