Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel); basic AutoCAD or measurement software skills are a plus.
• Attributes: Strong numerical skills, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-offs: Carry out accurate material take-offs and measurements from drawings.
• Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender comparisons.
• Procurement Support: Source quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contract Administration: Assist in preparing and submitting progress claims and variation orders.
• Documentation: Organize project documentation, final accounts, and site valuation records

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
