Job Description:

• Organise and sort certificates according to recipient lists.
• Verify names, titles, and certificate details to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the packaging and labelling of certificates for distribution.
• Maintain accurate distribution records and update tracking trackers/sheets.
• Provide counter support during the certificate distribution period.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mon - Fri (1hr lunch break)
• Assignment Period : 12 Aug to 22 Sept 2026
