About The Job

We are looking for a Senior IT Manager (Information Security, Risk & Governance) to lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance and IT risk initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of Information Security, Cloud Governance, IT Infrastructure and Regulatory Compliance. You will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's security posture while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive security initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Information Security Governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Drive compliance with SC GTRM, BNM RMiT and Bursa Malaysia technology risk requirements.
• Develop and implement Cloud Governance practices, including Shared Responsibility Model (SRM) and Cloud Exit Strategy.
• Lead the implementation and governance of cybersecurity controls, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).
• Lead Incident Response planning and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Oversee IT infrastructure security, network security and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on Information Security and IT Risk matters.
• Support strategic technology initiatives while ensuring secure, resilient and highly available production environments.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk, Governance or Infrastructure within the Financial Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of SC GTRM, BNM RMiT and Bursa Malaysia regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud Security Governance and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Good understanding of PAM, MFA, EDR, Incident Response and security governance.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CRISC will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin communication skills are preferred as this role works closely with regional stakeholders.

About The Manager/team

You will be joining a collaborative technology leadership team and working closely with the Head of IT, Infrastructure, Security and regional stakeholders.
