We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The role involves assisting dentists during procedures, maintaining infection control standards, and providing excellent front desk customer service to patients.

Clinical / Dental Assistant Duties



Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments before procedures


Assist the dentist during dental treatments and surgeries


Maintain proper infection control and sterilization procedures


Take and process dental radiographs (if certified/licensed)


Prepare dental materials and instruments


Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment


Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas


Monitor and stock dental supplies and inventory


Provide post-treatment instructions to patients



Receptionist / Front Desk Duties



Register and attend to patients professionally


Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation


Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient follow-ups


Process payments and prepare invoices/receipts


Assist with insurance/CHAS/Medisave submissions where applicable


Maintain patient records and confidentiality


Coordinate with dentists and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
