Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Management Advisor role based in Singapore. The Wealth Management Advisor will engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and develop tailored financial plans. Daily responsibilities include providing advice on investments, retirement planning, protection and wealth accumulation strategies, as well as reviewing and updating client portfolios regularly. The role involves collaborating with the in-house Investment Division to translate market insights into suitable recommendations, preparing clear proposals and reports, and ensuring all advice complies with regulatory and company standards. The advisor will also participate in client events, follow up on enquiries, and maintain long-term relationships through ongoing service and proactive commu

nication.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and create comprehensive, goal-based plans.
  • Candidates should possess Retirement Planning expertise, including designing sustainable income strategies and long-term protection solutions.
  • Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge, with familiarity in asset allocation, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
  • Candidates should possess experience providing Wealth Management Services, including advisory on savings, protection, estate, and legacy planning.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, ChFC) are advantageous.
  • Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and best-advice practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in using financial planning and CRM tools.
