Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, track procurement status, and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency and cost control. Daily tasks include evaluating supplier performance, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with internal teams on procurement needs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic purchasing decisions aligned with Amcharge’s smart energy and mobility projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in procurement experience.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to evaluate quotations, costs, and supplier performance.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of procurement best practices, contract terms, and vendor management.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in procurement within energy, engineering, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail, able to read and speak Mandarin.
