Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott’s Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott’s Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.

Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell’s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia’s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

They join The Arnott’s Group’s portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand’s favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.

Position based in Bangsar South.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Talent Management Intern, you’ll be part of a team that shapes the employee experience through meaningful engagement, development programs, and strategic initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to HR practices while contributing to projects that enhance workplace culture and learning:

(a) Support Employee Engagement Initiatives

• Assist in planning and executing activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

(b) Coordinate Learning & Development Programs

• Help organize training sessions, manage logistics, and track participation and feedback.

(c) Assist with Internal Communications

• Support in preparation and channelling communication in relation to Talent Management matters.

(d). Contribute to People Insights & Feedback

• Support data collection and analysis from employee surveys and focus groups to inform action plans.

(e). Facilitate Operational Excellence

• Help streamline processes such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting for various P&C initiatives.

(f). Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of talent-related programs.
