Assist in daily administrative tasks related to Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training registration, liaison with training vendors, record maintenance, and HRDC training grant applications and submissions.
Act as point of communication with employees to coordinate training schedules and attendance confirmation.
Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to interact with people at different levels and work cohesively in team setting.
Proactive, and adaptable to faast-paced environment.
Preferred internship placement starting from August 2026 onwards, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
