• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule front desk agents, concierges, and PBX staff.
• Guest Services: Resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including room assignments, VIP guest handling, and managing property management systems (PMS).
• Financial Duties: Accurately manage cash drawers, credit card systems, and ensure accurate billing.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room availability.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
