Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations of our growing clinic group. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws while supporting the business in building a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Support learning and development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Work closely with Management to support business and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll administration and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in healthcare or multi-branch operations is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
