Customer Service Executive

Iskandar Puteri, Johor | Full-Time

Salary

* BM/English Speakers: RM2,100 – RM2,800

* Mandarin Speakers: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

* Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

* Maintain accurate customer records.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

* Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 / SVM / UEC / IGCSE / Diploma.

* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English or Mandarin.

* Able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, 6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays).

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
