We are looking for a responsible and hands-on individual to perform a dual role involving Class 4 driving duties and e-commerce warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely between warehouses, customers, suppliers and other delivery locations. When not performing driving duties, the employee will support daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling and preparation of e-commerce orders.

Applicants must already possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence and be willing to undertake both driving and warehouse duties as part of the position.

Key ResponsibilitiesClass 4 Driving and Delivery Duties

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and in accordance with Singapore traffic and road safety regulations.
• Carry out deliveries and collections between warehouses, customers, suppliers and designated locations.
• Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured and protected before transportation.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of cartons, pallets and other cargo.
• Verify delivery orders, collection documents and quantities before leaving each location.
• Obtain the necessary signatures, delivery acknowledgements or proof of delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while communicating any delays or operational issues promptly.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle inspections, including checks on tyres, lights, fuel, fluid levels and general vehicle condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, cargo damage or delivery discrepancies immediately.
• Comply with company procedures relating to vehicle use, parking, fuel cards, tolls and delivery documentation.

E-Commerce Warehouse Duties

• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against purchase orders, delivery orders or system records.
• Inspect goods for visible damage, shortages or incorrect products.
• Carry out product sorting, labelling, shelving, put-away and bin-location activities.
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately according to customer and platform requirements.
• Use barcode scanners, warehouse systems or mobile devices to update inventory and order status.
• Prepare parcels, cartons and pallets for courier collection, local delivery or export shipment.
• Print and attach shipping labels, airway bills and other delivery documents.
• Support inventory counting, stock reconciliation and cycle-counting exercises.
• Process customer returns, exchanges, rejected deliveries and damaged goods.
• Maintain proper segregation of sellable, returned, damaged and quarantined inventory.
• Assist with general housekeeping and ensure that work areas are clean, organised and safe.
• Follow warehouse safety, security and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Support other operational tasks assigned by the Warehouse or Transport Supervisor.

Requirements

• Existing and valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Relevant experience driving Class 4 commercial vehicles in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, industrial areas and delivery locations.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Able to perform both driving and warehouse duties within the same position.
• Able to safely handle cartons and goods, using appropriate equipment or team assistance where required.
• Comfortable using mobile applications, barcode scanners or basic warehouse systems.
• Able to read and understand delivery orders, packing lists and shipping labels.
• Responsible, punctual and able to follow delivery schedules.
• Good safety awareness and careful handling of customers’ goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of an operations team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when operationally required.
• Forklift licence or forklift operating experience would be an advantage.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Important Role Requirement

This is a genuine dual-function position. The employee must be prepared to work in the warehouse when there are no scheduled driving assignments or after delivery duties have been completed. The role is not limited solely to driving.

Candidates who do not currently possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence will not be considered for the position.
