We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Evaluate quotations and recommend subcontractor appointments.
- Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Administer contracts, progress claims, and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Verify subcontractor claims and final accounts.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
