Role Description

This is a full-commission based role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs, and developing effective client presentations. The role also involves building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting the team with strategic communication and outreach efforts to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting — no waiting for inbound
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads across multiple industries
• Book and run discovery calls with decision-makers to uncover real business problems and revenue opportunities
• Close deals by positioning Freyr Labs as the obvious solution to the client’s marketing growth and content creation challenges
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract and handover
• Pitch, negotiate, and overcome objections with confidence, clarity, and speed
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage
