Project Manager, GPU Infrastructure & AI Data Centers

About Us

We are a NASDAQ-listed AI computing and HPC infrastructure company with self-owned data centers in North America. Our Asia team of ~10 is distributed across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mainland China, operating fully remote. We are rapidly expanding our Asia data center footprint and building out our project management team.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from kickoff to delivery; identify critical paths, track milestones, and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external partners; lead information consolidation, dependency management, and decision-making
• Review and redline key project contracts (GPU service agreements, procurement contracts, colocation agreements, third-party payment arrangements); identify commercial risks and drive resolution
• Support GPU server procurement, shipping, customs clearance, rack-and-stack, and commissioning; liaise with data center operators and third-party O&M teams to meet deployment schedules and SLAs
• Proactively surface project risks, escalate critical issues, and drive solutions to closure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5–8 years of experience including 3+ years leading cross-functional or cross-regional complex projects
• Hands-on experience in GPU computing, cloud, or data center industries (GPU service providers, cloud vendors, DC operators, or related investment/advisory firms); solid understanding of GPU servers, DC infrastructure, and network deployment
• Ability to review commercial contracts, identify business risks, and propose effective revisions; familiarity with colocation and procurement contract structures
• Strong cross-cultural, cross-language, and cross-functional communication skills
• Business-fluent English (emails, multi-party meetings, contract review)
• Open to occasional international travel
