We're Hiring | Technical Support Officer (Shift) | Singapore

Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, technical support, and cloud technologies? We're looking for a Technical Support Officer (Shift) to join our team and provide exceptional support for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for live production systems

Troubleshoot software, server, network, and security-related issues

Perform Windows Server administration, system maintenance, health checks, and patch management

Monitor system performance and generate operational reports

Support user account management, login issues, and password resets

Assist with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue escalation

Maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN connectivity

Support AWS cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and connectivity

Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure service excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline

Experience with Windows Server 2019+ and Windows Operating Systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of networking, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN technologies

Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Security Groups, Route Tables, CloudWatch, VPN)

Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud monitoring, and incident management

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is an added advantage

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Willingness to work on rotating shifts

Fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT Infrastructure, Networking, and AWS Cloud are encouraged to apply!
