As a Service Technician, you will be the face of the company, ensuring the continued reliability and safety of our automated entrance systems—including sliding doors, swing doors, and revolving doors—across Singapore’s most iconic malls, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Inspection: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance service (PMS) on automatic door systems to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on-site and execute efficient repairs to minimize downtime for our clients.
Emergency Support: Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical solutions for access control and automation issues.
Upgrades & Modernization: Recommend and carry out equipment upgrades or part replacements for aging entrance systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Experience with automatic doors or lifts is a significant plus.
Strong foundational knowledge in electrical wiring, sensors, or mechanical drive systems.
Ability to interact professionally with building managers and clients to explain technical issues.
A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable traveling to different sites daily and working independently.
