Profile:
Looking for a hands-on role in warehouse operations? Join our team to perform quality checks on pre-owned mobile devices, manage stock-in accuracy, handle data updates, and support online product listings. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow with a dynamic team

Job Responsibilities: 

Perform functional and physical QC on pre-owned mobile devices according to company standards.
Verify stock-in information to ensure data accuracy.
Record and escalate any abnormal cases found during QC or stock-in.
Handle data matching and system updates.
Support the upload of products to our sales platforms (e.g., company website, Carousell) product listing.
Assist in other operational duties as required by the team.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong administrative and detail-oriented.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
6 off days from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 8pm
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
