Company Overview

Hong Leong Corporation Holdings Pte Ltd is the sole distributor for Yamaha Motorcycles and Yamaha Golf Buggies in Singapore since 1979, providing Yamaha models, genuine parts, warranty support, and after-sales services.

Responsibilities

• Update stock movement records accurately using Excel to maintain inventory control
• Receive and issue goods with correct documentation, authorization, and acknowledgment to ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to prepare and verify local and export sales orders and delivery documents
• Perform stuffing and unstuffing of containers to facilitate shipment and receipt of goods
• Operate forklift to load and unload motorcycles safely and efficiently
• Store motorcycles properly and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Assemble motorcycles according to specifications to prepare for delivery
• Follow workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Requirements

• Possess a valid WSQ Operate Forklift Certificate
• At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations
• Able to work independently to manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Work location: Old Toh Tuck Road

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
• Saturday: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Alternate Saturday off)
