Job Description

1. Answering questions about product or services offered at the Hotel.
2. Receive reservations inquiries via emails and telephone inquiries and enter into booking system.
3. Manage all mails from guests and ensure response and completion of all guest requests.
4. Works closely with Front Office and Sales Department.
5. Any other task as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

1. Good with computer
2. Good working attitude
3. Team player
4. Candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome).
