JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

BESCO BUILDING SUPPLIES (S.E.A) PTE LTD

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

Job Description:

We are looking for aresponsible and experienced Project Management Manager to oversee and coordinateday-to-day site operations. As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirming building plans with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers
• Hiring construction workers
• Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines
• Purchasing or hiring building equipment and materials
• Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard
• Monitoring construction budget to minimise overspending
• Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person
• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations

• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders

• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software

• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday (if required): Half day / as peroperational needs
