STUDENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (SCHOOL IN JURONG):

1. Case Management: Review CCTV, support investigations, interview students, locate missing students.

2. Late-Coming: Process late arrivals per school procedures.

3. Patrol Duties:

Classroom blocks: Monitor and report inappropriate behaviour
Assembly: Direct students to assembly areas
Canteen: Maintain order, manage conflicts
Free play areas: Ensure safety
Toilet areas: Deter vaping, smoking, report misconduct
Community patrols: Visible presence in Taman Jurong area, liaise with vendors/residents, report student misbehaviour

4. Student Engagement: Monitor students in detention, supervise suspension/detention, facilitate after-school activities.

5. Other Duties: Support school events (Cross Country, Open House), assist examination duties, support operations during Home-Based Learning days.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Background: Minimum 3 years' experience in uniformed service (Singapore Police Force, Prison Service, Civil Defence Force, or law enforcement). Youth-related investigations preferred.

2. Core Skills: Restorative practice & behaviour intervention experience. Conflict de-escalation. Investigation and report-writing capability. CCTV review competency.

3. Interpersonal: Strong communication. Ability to engage students positively. Professional demeanor. Build trust with students, staff, and community. Team collaboration.

4. Surveillance & Operations: Patrol experience. Observational skills. Physical fitness for regular patrols.

5. Administrative: Record-keeping. Data entry accuracy. Attention to detail.

6. Youth Commitment: Genuine interest in youth welfare. Role model capability. Understanding of adolescent development. Commitment to student safeguarding.

7. Personal Attributes: Integrity. Sound judgment. Problem-solving. Emotional resilience. Proactive approach.

8. Additional: English fluency. Valid driving licence (desirable). Background check clearance. Availability for staggered patrol hours.
