The client operates a drinks shop, focusing on delivering quality retail service and managing daily shop operations efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business flow.

Job Summary

You will oversee daily operations of the drinks shop, lead retail staff, manage inventory and sales processes, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and support retail staff to achieve performance and service goals
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to maintain adequate inventory
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare basic reports
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the shop environment
• Assist with loading and unloading water bottles and other stock to support inventory management
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Ability to work shift duties including early mornings (6:00am to 8:00am), midday (11:00am to 1:00pm), evenings (7:00pm to 11:00pm), weekends, and public holidays
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as loading and unloading stock
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate retail staff
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Customer service skills to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
• Responsible and reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Bengali language as an additional skill
