We are partnering with a key healthcare industry leader to hire a team of IT Operational Support Engineers to provide onsite end-user support covering desktop support, endpoint deployment, application support and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software.
- Manage Active Directory user administration and application account provisioning.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, SharePoint, BitLocker and enterprise applications.
- Perform technology refresh, asset tagging, inventory updates and equipment relocation.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty and hardware replacement.
- Support project deployments and after-hours standby when required.
- Maintain documentation and meet SLA targets.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of desktop support / IT operational support experience.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Able to lift and move IT equipment when required.
- ITIL Foundation and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience working in healthcare industry in relevant scope is nice to have.
