 ⇒ Role Summary

Our client's Travel Retail's Online-to-Offline (O+O) division connects digital pre-trip planning with immersive airport retail experiences, working with multi-industry partners including Agoda, Changi Airport Group, and Meta. You will be joining this fast-paced team to support project management across a key retail education mobile application initiative.

 ⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for the Travel Retail O+O division, ensuring milestones, timelines, and stakeholder communications are on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multi-industry partners across digital and retail workstreams.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and produce clear status reports and dashboards.
• Support the planning and execution of the retail mobile application project.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution across teams.
• Prepare presentations and project materials for internal and external stakeholders.

 ⇒ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong Excel skills — data tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working on digital or mobile application projects is advantageous.
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required.
• Creative design skills are a bonus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
